Watch now: trailer for Charlie Steeds’
The Haunting of the Tower of London
by Ellis Reed
We’ve previously reported that The Haunting of the Tower of London by Charlie Steeds, aka Dark Temple Films, will be out on 27 June.
The trailer for the film landed yesterday, so we’ve embedded it for your viewing pleasure below. It’s a promising tease, peppered throughout with some very striking horror images.
If we use Dark Temple’s catalogue as a point of reference, it probably has more in common with An English Haunting than it does with A Werewolf in England, for the simple reason that it isn’t a comedy. Steeds described it to Dread Central as a ‘straight horror’, which he shot back-to-back with his recent release Werewolf Castle.
In any case, I haven’t seen a Dark Temple film that I didn’t enjoy, so I’ll be making a beeline for it next month. If it looks like your kind of film, I encourage you to support indie horror and do the same!
